MODULAR ROAD MARKING MACHINE

UNIVERSAL MARKING WITH VARIOUS MATERIALS

It is a basic self-propelled chassis with interchangeable technological modules. The modules determine the type of marking materials used and the marking application method.

The basic self-propelled chassis consists of the operator’s station, powertrain, transmission and control units, module mounting hardware, and marking units. To ensure the application of glass beads to the marking lines, the chassis is equipped with a glass bead container. A module is a functionally complete unit designed to handle one or a group of similar marking materials.

Replaceable modules enable thick- and thin-layer markings to be applied using various methods and specialized marking units. Any module included with the machine can be replaced by another directly by the user.

THE BASIC SELF-PROPELLED CHASSIS IS EQUIPPED WITH:

  • a mobile operator’s workstation with two seats, a hard roof, rear-view mirrors, and machine controls;
  • road marking control panel;
  • control terminal for technological blocks;
  • hydraulic steering;
  • unified elements for connecting consumers of hydraulic oil and compressed air;
  • a container for glass beads mounted on strain gauges;
  • lighting elements, flashing beacons;
  • illumination of the marking block and the operator’s workplace;
  • sight with manual raising and lowering;
  • automation and control units;
  • piston compressor;
  • adjustable brush for cleaning the road surface in front of the marking block;
  • two fire extinguishers;
  • two-speed hydraulic travel motor.

OPTIONAL CHASSIS EQUIPMENT:

  • sight with hydraulic lifting and lowering;
  • rear platform for auxiliary worker and traffic cones;
  • cluster sign indicating direction of obstacle avoidance.

CONTOUR 750 X

The Kontur 750 X is designed for thick-layer marking with cold-applied plastics and is based on the Kontur 750 base chassis with a cold-applied plastic module. The marking unit produces single and double smooth and textured lines with widths of 100, 120, 150, 200, 240, 250, or 400 mm. Applicator sizes are specified when ordering.

BASIC EQUIPMENT OF THE MODULE:

  • cold plastic container;
  • hardener container;
  • container for washing liquid;
  • cold plastic dosing system;
  • hardener dosing system;
  • mobile marking unit for applying two lines;
  • a mixer in a container for cold plastic with a hydraulic drive;
  • one set of applicators for applying smooth lines (size is specified when ordering, additional applicators are ordered separately).

OPTIONAL MODULE EQUIPMENT:

  • additional applicators for smooth and structured lines (width 100, 120, 150, 200, 240,
    250, 400 mm).

CONTOUR 750K

The Kontur 750 K is designed for airless thin-layer marking with solvent-based paints (enamels) with a minimum dry content of 70%. The machine consists of a Kontur 750 base chassis with a paint module.

PAINT MODULE “MK 750 PAINT APPLICATION EQUIPMENT”

BASIC EQUIPMENT OF THE MODULE:

  • mobile marking unit with two pairs of marking and sprinkling guns;
  • paint container;
  • hydraulically driven mixer;
  • high pressure paint pump;
  • coarse filter on the paint supply line to the pump;
  • fine paint filter in the high-pressure line;
  • manual paint gun, 10 m hose;
  • paint flow sensor.

OPTIONAL MODULE EQUIPMENT:

  • Hand-held spray gun extension, 50 cm;
  • a set of equipment for applying cold spray plastic in two lines, formula 100:2;
  • Stainless steel container for applying water-based paint.

The Kontur 750 T is designed for applying thick-layer thermoplastic markings and consists of a Kontur 750 base chassis with a thermoplastic module.

THERMOPLASTIC MODULE “Thermoplastic Application Equipment “MT 750”

BASIC EQUIPMENT OF THE MODULE:

  • insulated container for thermoplastic;
  • a mixer in a thermoplastic tank with a hydraulic drive;
  • thermal oil circulation system;
  • system for maintaining a set temperature of thermal oil and thermoplastic;
  • liquid fuel burner;
  • coarse thermoplastic filter in the filling window of the thermoplastic tank;
  • marking block for applying smooth lines up to 500 mm wide (10×50 mm);
  • two guns for applying glass beads;
  • non-contact thermometer.

OPTIONAL MODULE EQUIPMENT:

  • tray for draining thermoplastic from the container.
