MODULAR ROAD MARKING MACHINE
UNIVERSAL MARKING WITH VARIOUS MATERIALS
The Kontur 900 is a continuation of the modular machine line, featuring basic self-propelled chassis with interchangeable technological modules. The type of modules installed determines the type of marking materials used and the marking application method.
The basic self-propelled chassis consists of a mobile operator station, a power unit, transmission and control units, module mounting elements, and marking units. To ensure the application of glass beads to the marking lines, the chassis is equipped with a glass bead container. A module is a functionally complete unit designed to handle one or a group of similar marking materials.
Replaceable modules enable thick- and thin-layer markings to be applied using various methods and specialized marking units. The modules included with the machine can be replaced directly by the customer. Upon customer approval, the machine can be equipped with any additional replaceable module.
THE BASIC SELF-PROPELLED CHASSIS IS EQUIPPED WITH:
- a mobile operator’s workstation with two seats, a hard roof, rear-view mirrors, and machine controls;
- road marking control panel;
- hydraulic steering;
- unified elements for connecting consumers of hydraulic oil and compressed air;
- container for glass beads;
- lighting elements, flashing beacons;
- illumination of the marking unit and the operator’s workplace for work at night;
- mechanical sight with manual raising and lowering;
- automation and control units;
- piston compressor;
- two fire extinguishers.
OPTIONAL CHASSIS EQUIPMENT:
- obstacle avoidance direction sign (700 mm) on a rotating bracket;
- cluster sign of direction of obstacle avoidance (1050×1050 mm, cluster 200 mm);
- screw compressor;
- adjustable brush for cleaning the road surface in front of the marking unit;
- rear platform for auxiliary worker and traffic cones;
- mechanical sight with hydraulic lifting and lowering;
- a set of equipment for applying preliminary markings;
- any chassis color range according to RAL.
CONTOUR 900 X
The Kontur 900 X is designed for thick-layer markings using cold-applied plastics and consists of a Kontur 900 base chassis with a cold-applied plastic module. The marking unit produces smooth and textured lines 100, 120, 150, 200, 240, 250, or 300 mm wide. Applicator sizes are specified when ordering.

BASIC EQUIPMENT OF THE MODULE:
- cold plastic container;
- hardener container;
- container for washing liquid;
- cold plastic dosing system;
- hardener dosing system;
- mobile marking unit for applying two lines;
- mixer in a cold plastic container with hydraulic drive;
- one set of applicators for applying smooth lines (size is specified when ordering, additional applicators are ordered separately).
OPTIONAL MODULE EQUIPMENT:
- additional applicators for smooth and structured lines (width 100, 120, 150, 200, 240, 250, 300 mm).

CONTOUR 900 K
The Kontur 900 K is designed for airless thin-layer marking with solvent-based paints (enamels) with a minimum dry content of 70%. The machine consists of a Kontur 900 base chassis with a paint module.
PAINT MODULE “MK 900 PAINT APPLICATION EQUIPMENT”
BASIC EQUIPMENT OF THE MODULE:
- mobile marking unit with two pairs of marking and sprinkling guns;
- paint container;
- hydraulically driven mixer;
- high pressure paint pump;
- coarse filter on the paint supply line to the pump;
- fine paint filter in the high-pressure line;
- manual paint gun, 10 m hose;
- paint flow sensor;
- A system for collecting and transmitting statistics via GSM with reference to GPS/GLONASS coordinates.
ADDITIONAL MODULE EQUIPMENT:
- additional third pair of marking and painting guns;
- Hand-held spray gun extension, 50 cm;
- Cold spray plastic application equipment set for two lines, 100:2, external mixing;
- A set of equipment for marking airport runways and taxiways (parameters are agreed with the customer).

CONTOUR 900 T
The Kontur 900 T is designed for applying thick-layer thermoplastic markings and consists of a Kontur 900 base chassis with a thermoplastic module.
THERMOPLASTIC MODULE “Thermoplastic Application Equipment “MT 900”
BASIC EQUIPMENT OF THE MODULE:
- insulated container for thermoplastic;
- stirrer in a thermoplastic tank with hydraulic drive;
- thermal oil circulation system;
- system for maintaining a set temperature of thermal oil and thermoplastic;
- liquid fuel burner;
- mesh filter in the filling window of the thermoplastic tank;
- marking block for applying smooth lines up to 500 mm wide (10×50 mm);
- two guns for applying glass beads;
- hand gas torch;
- non-contact thermometer.
ADDITIONAL MODULE EQUIPMENT:
- tray for draining thermoplastic from the container;
- Thermoplastic spray application equipment kit (requires screw compressor in base self-propelled chassis).
