MARKING WITH COLD PLASTIC
The Kontur 650 HPE machine is designed for applying horizontal road markings with single-component cold plastics using reflective glass beads.
The machine can apply smooth lines and two types of textured lines: with a random or periodically repeating arrangement of elements. The marking unit is equipped with two quick-release applicators, allowing for the application of single and double lines. Each line type is assigned a specific applicator. Cold plastic is mixed with a hardener in a dynamic mixer immediately before applying the marking lines. The components are dispensed automatically by pumps with adjustable flow rates. Plastic consumption depends on the marking type and the type of textured marking pattern and ranges from 1.5 to 6 kg/m².
The marking unit with applicator and spreading gun is mounted on the right side of the machine. Reinstallation of the marking unit on the left side takes 30 minutes by a two-person crew. The mixers and applicators are flushed from the operator’s control panel and require minimal attention from support personnel. Reflective glass beads are applied directly during the marking process using automatic spreading guns with adjustable diffusers. The machine is transported to the work site on a low-deck trailer with a minimum load capacity of 3.5 tons. The machine is designed for use on the roads of Europe, Siberia, and Central Asia and is CE-marked.

- lighting of the marking block;
- rear platform for auxiliary worker and traffic cones.
