COMPLEX ROAD MARKING MACHINE
MARKING WITH COLD PLASTICS AND PAINTS (ENAMELS)
The Kontur 700 HPK machine is designed for applying thick-layer and thin-layer horizontal road markings on asphalt concrete and cement concrete roads using cold plastics and paints (enamels) using reflective glass beads.
The cold plastic marking unit is equipped with two quick-release applicators, allowing for the application of single and double lines. Each line type and width is assigned a specific applicator. Cold plastic is mixed with a hardener (curing initiator) immediately before application to the road surface. The components are dosed automatically. Cold plastic and hardener are fed into a dynamic mixer by pumps with adjustable capacity. Plastic consumption depends on the marking type and the type of structural marking pattern and ranges from 1.5 to 6 kg/m². Glass beads are applied automatically on the line. The cold plastic marking unit applies smooth and structured lines (random and drip) with widths of 100, 120, 150, 200, 240, 250, or 300 mm. Applicator sizes are specified when ordering. The paint marking unit is equipped with two pairs of marking and sprinkling guns.
The marking unit is raised and lowered from the operator’s station. The Contour 700 HPK’s hydraulic drive allows for smooth adjustment of the machine’s speed during marking. The marking units, brush, and operator station can be mounted on either the left or right side of the machine. Transportation to the work site is accomplished using a low-deck trailer with a minimum load capacity of 5 tons.

- hydraulically driven brush.
