THIN-LAYER PAINT MARKING
The Kontur 700 TPK machine is designed for applying thick-layer and thin-layer horizontal road markings on asphalt concrete and cement concrete roads using thermoplastics and paints (enamels) with the use of reflective glass beads.
The thermoplastic marking unit can apply lines from 5 to 50 cm wide in various combinations. The width and number of valves can be customized upon customer request. The valve opening control system allows for the application of solid and noise lines, as well as lines with periodically changing profiles and patterns. The thermoplastic tank is equipped with an automatic temperature control system, a hydraulically driven mixer, and a thermoplastic vapor extraction system. The paint marking unit, with two pairs of marking and spray guns, can be relocated from one side of the machine to the other in five minutes. The Kontur 700 TPK’s hydraulic drive allows for smooth adjustment of the machine’s speed during marking, and an automatic liquid-fuel burner maintains the set plastic temperature.
All mechanisms are controlled directly from the operator’s station. The extruder, brush, and operator station can be mounted on either the left or right side of the machine. Transportation to the work site is accomplished using a low-deck trailer with a minimum load capacity of 5 tons.

- searchlight for illuminating the marking block;
- obstacle avoidance direction sign (700 mm) on a rotating bracket;
- hydraulically driven brush.
ADDITIONAL EQUIPMENT OF THE MACHINE:
- marking block (DL) for applying smooth or structured lines up to 500 mm wide (10×50 mm);
- tray for draining thermoplastic from the container;
- a remote button that duplicates the “Start” button on the marking control panel;
- extension for hand-held paint gun (50 cm);
- a set of equipment for applying preliminary markings.
