MARKING WITH THERMOPLASTICS
The machine is designed for horizontal road marking with modern thermoplastics (pedestrian crossings, stop lines, road dividing lines, arrows, etc.), with the ability to simultaneously sprinkle reflective glass beads.
The markings can be applied to dry, clean asphalt concrete and asphalt road surfaces in the form of a smooth line at ambient temperatures ranging from +5°C to +30°C and relative humidity no more than 85%. The machine is equipped with heated, replaceable marking pads of varying widths, allowing for markings from 0.1 to 0.5 m wide. Changing the pads requires no tools.
The spreading unit can be adjusted to suit the width of a specific marking block. Melting a small amount of plastic is possible within the machine. The machine is moved by the operator’s own power during operation.
