THIN-LAYER PAINT MARKING

The STIM Mark 4 K represents a new line of high-performance road marking machines. The machine incorporates innovations designed to reduce personnel workload, minimize downtime spent loading marking materials, and minimize preparation time, as well as improve personnel safety. The use of weight sensors on the marking material containers allows for rapid monitoring and inventory control of marking materials.

The operator’s station in the machine’s cabin ensures comfortable working conditions, reduces crew fatigue, and significantly improves safety. Adjustable-reach marking units can simultaneously apply markings to two lanes, one to the right and one to the left, while the machine is in operation. Converting the machine from transport to working position takes just minutes. A multi-channel video surveillance system allows for monitoring work progress and promptly responding to changing marking conditions and road conditions.

The use of two high-pressure paint pumps has increased productivity when applying line markings. The machine can travel at speeds up to 20 km/h. The ability to replace the standard paint tanks with IBC (IBC) containers* allows for integration into the supply chain of some line marking material suppliers. Integrated line marking control systems allow the machine to be equipped with a line marking management system (LIS) at any time, designed for repeating markings with minimal operator intervention. Active and passive safety features ensure trouble-free operation of the equipment and machine.

BASIC EQUIPMENT OF THE CAR:

  • a hydraulically extendable marking unit on the left side of the machine with two pairs of paint and sprinkler guns;
  • a hydraulically extendable marking unit on the right side of the machine with one pair of paint and sprinkler guns;
  • manual marking gun;
  • vacuum system for pumping paint and marking materials (paint, glass beads) (only for standard paint containers);
  • Operator’s workstation in the cabin:
    – M15 marking control panel;
    – process equipment control panel;
    – power unit signaling panel with an emergency stop button;
    – video surveillance system monitors and display of process equipment parameters;
  • Driver’s workplace:
    – Video Marker system, video surveillance system monitor and display of technological parameters of equipment;
    – equipment control system toggle switches;
  • marking material quantity control system:
    – containers with mass sensors;
    – glass bead presence sensors;
  • Safety features:
    – beam-type beacon on the vehicle cabin;
    – two front lower strobe lights at the front of the vehicle;
    – two spot-type beacons on the awning frame;
    – side lights on the marking blocks;
    – obstacle avoidance direction sign.

  • equipment for using paints of two different colors;
  • an additional third pair of paint and sprinkler guns on the marking unit on the left side of the machine;
  • an additional second pair of paint and sprinkler guns on the marking unit on the right side of the machine;
  • cluster sign of the direction of bypassing an obstacle (1050×1050 mm, cluster 200 mm) – replacement of the sign of the direction of bypassing an obstacle (700 mm);
  • LIS system for one pair of paint and sprinkler guns, installed on the right marking unit;
  • stirrer in a paint container;
  • “Road works” and “Speed ​​limit 40 km/h” signs on the rear of the vehicle;
  • one or two hand-held paint guns (50 cm extension, 10 m hose);
