ROAD MARKING MACHINE
THIN-LAYER PAINT MARKING
The Kontur 100 machine is designed for applying horizontal road markings with quick-drying paints and glass beads. Its dimensions allow it to be used within city limits, in parking lots, and in parking garages.
The airless line application method, which can achieve paint pressures up to 140 bar, allows for the use of high-viscosity (up to 150 seconds on a #4 Ford Cup) marking materials with a high solids content. These paints dry quickly and resist smearing even in thick (up to 650 microns) layers.
The use of high-quality components ensures reliability and a long service life. The machine uses components from Briggs & Stratton, Graco, Danfoss, Festo, Fini, and Kamber. A single load of marking material is sufficient for 300 m² of markings.
BASIC EQUIPMENT OF THE CAR:
- central marking unit with three pairs of paint and sprinkler guns;
- a remote button that duplicates the “Start” button on the control panel;
- hand-held air gun for cleaning work equipment with air;
- side marking block to the right of the car, without guns;
- remote control for applying markings;
- a pedal that duplicates the “Start” button on the marking control panel;
- paint flow sensor;
- hand-held gun with a 10 m hose;
- flashing beacons on the roof of the car;
- searchlight for illuminating the marking block;
- operator workstation lighting.
ADDITIONAL EQUIPMENT OF THE MACHINE:
- joystick for accelerated selection of remote control programs;
- an additional fourth pair of paint and sprinkler guns on the side marking unit to the right of the machine;
- side marking block to the left of the car, without guns;
- photo sensor of the beginning of the line (can be installed on any gun);
- 50cm extension for hand-held paint gun.
