THIN-LAYER PAINT MARKING
The Kontur 300 machine is designed for airless application of horizontal road markings using quick-drying paints and reflective glass beads. Its compact size allows for work within city limits without disrupting traffic.
The hydraulic wheel drive ensures a smooth ride, and the sight can be lowered and raised from the operator’s station, allowing the Kontur 300 to be quickly converted from transport to working position and vice versa. The airless line application method, which can generate paint pressure up to 140 bar, allows the use of high-viscosity (up to 150 seconds on the Ford No. 4 test cup) marking materials with a high solids content.
These paints dry quickly and do not bleed even when applied in thick layers (up to 650 microns). The use of high-quality components guarantees reliability and a long service life. The machine uses components from Kubota, Graco, Danfoss, Festo, Fini, and Kamber. A single load of marking material is sufficient for 600 m² of markings.
BASIC EQUIPMENT OF THE CAR:
- central marking unit with three pairs of paint and sprinkler guns;
- a remote button that duplicates the “Start” button on the control panel;
- side marking block to the right of the car, without guns;
- remote control for applying markings;
- a pedal that duplicates the “Start” button on the marking control panel;
- paint flow sensor;
- hand-held gun with a 10 m hose;
- flashing beacons on the roof of the car;
- searchlight for illuminating the marking block;
- operator workstation lighting;
- hydraulic drive for lifting and lowering the central marking unit;
- hydraulic drive for raising and lowering the sight;
- hand-held air gun for cleaning work equipment with air;
- rear platform for auxiliary worker and traffic cones.
ADDITIONAL EQUIPMENT OF THE MACHINE:
- joystick for accelerated selection of remote control programs;
- an additional fourth pair of paint and sprinkler guns on the right side marking unit;
- side marking unit on the left side of the machine, without guns (cannot be installed with the “Cold Spray Plastic 100:2, external mixing” option);
- photo sensor of the beginning of the line (can be installed on any gun);
- obstacle avoidance direction sign (700 mm) on a rotating bracket;
- 50cm extension for hand-held paint gun;
- Cold Spray Plastic 100:2 External Mixing option, single line or Cold Spray Plastic 100:2 External Mixing option, dual lines.
