ROAD MARKING MACHINE
THIN-LAYER PAINT MARKING
The Kontur 650 K is designed for airless application of horizontal road markings using quick-drying paints and reflective glass beads. The machine’s compact size and large capacity allow for marking applications not only within city limits but also on highways.
The Contour 650 K’s smooth ride is ensured by a hydrostatic transmission. The marking unit can be moved from one side of the machine to the other. The airless line application method allows the use of high-viscosity marking materials (up to 150 seconds on the #4 Ford Cup) with a high solids content.
A low-deck trailer with a minimum load capacity of 3.5 tons is required for transporting the machine (this can be supplied with the Kontur 650 K). One load of marking material is sufficient for marking 1,600 m2 .
BASIC EQUIPMENT OF THE CAR:
- marking unit with two pairs of paint and sprinkler guns;
- remote control for applying markings;
- a pedal that duplicates the “Start” button on the marking control panel;
- paint flow sensor;
- hand-held gun with a 10 m hose;
- hydraulically driven mixer in a paint container;
- flashing beacons on the roof of the car;
- searchlight for illuminating the marking block;
- operator workstation lighting;
- lighting of the marking block;
- hydraulic drive for raising and lowering the sight;
- rear platform for auxiliary worker and traffic cones.
ADDITIONAL EQUIPMENT OF THE MACHINE:
- a remote button that duplicates the “Start” button on the control panel;
- joystick for accelerated selection of remote control programs;
- an additional third pair of paint and sprinkler guns on the marking block;
- photo sensor of the beginning of the line (can be installed on any gun);
- obstacle avoidance direction sign (700 mm) on a rotating bracket or a cluster obstacle avoidance sign (1100×1100 mm);
- 50cm extension for hand-held paint gun;
- hydraulic brush;
- seat on the rear platform for a handyman.
