MARKING WITH COLD PLASTIC
The Kontur 90KhP machine is designed for applying thick-layer horizontal road markings with modern one-component cold plastics using reflective glass beads.
The machine can apply smooth and textured lines and is controlled by a walk-behind operator. The machine is hydraulically powered, with continuously adjustable speed. The marking unit is equipped with quick-release applicators for textured lines. Smooth and textured lines are applied using draw boxes. Cold plastic is mixed with a hardener in a dynamic mixer immediately before applying the lines. Hardener is dispensed automatically. Plastic consumption depends on the type of marking and the type of textured marking pattern and ranges from 1.5 to 6 kg/m² .
The marking unit with applicator and sprinkler gun is mounted on the right side of the machine. The mixer and applicator are cleaned from the operator’s console and require minimal attention from support personnel. During the marking process, reflective glass beads are applied to the line using an automatic sprinkler gun with an adjustable diffuser.

- Drawing boxes for smooth lines (10-25) and applicators for structured lines in the size range from 10 to 30 cm.
