Enamel AK-511 “SPRINTER”
Sprinter enamels are designed for horizontal road markings on public roads and industrial facilities with asphalt and cement concrete surfaces (in white, yellow, orange, red, blue, and green), as well as for demarcating road markings by masking (painting) (in black). The products are manufactured under a quality management system certified to ISO 9001.
Application
Paint viscosity can be adjusted by up to 3% using a prescription solvent (PP). Estimated enamel consumption is 500–900 g/m², depending on the road category (traffic intensity), surface condition, line type, and surface treatment.
Glass bead consumption: 300–450 g/m² , depending on the road category and traffic intensity.
Methods of application
The enamel is intended for all types of road marking machines (airless and air application methods), as well as for manual application with a brush or roller.
Package
Metal buckets 33 kg.
Transportation and storage
Enamels are stored and transported in tightly closed containers at a temperature not exceeding +30°C in compliance with current fire safety regulations and standards.
Guaranteed shelf life
12 months from date of manufacture.
