CONTROL PANEL FOR MARKING GUNS
CONTROL AND MONITORING SYSTEMS FOR MARKING EQUIPMENT
MAIN CHARACTERISTICS OF THE REMOTE CONTROL:
- The control panel is designed for use as part of any type of road marking machine;
- the ability to control the operation of five pistols;
- all types of markings for 10 national standards are pre-installed;
- 10 languages pre-installed;
- the ability to programmatically configure the remote control for any marking machine with any arrangement of guns and sensors;
- the ability to perform marking at speeds of up to 25 km/h;
- preliminary selection of marking conditions by the operator: city axial, axial route, edge, free mode;
- indication on the display in one window of all possible standard modes for the selected condition;
- the ability to change any marking mode during operation with one click of a button;
- high-contrast 5.7” color display;
- An intuitive menu, combined with 10 soft buttons, allows you to quickly access the desired operating mode or settings. Each remote control mode has its own dedicated window, displaying only the information needed for that specific situation.
- the presence of contextual prompts in the main modes and a complete built-in instruction manual for the remote control;
- a unique algorithm for repeating old markings, using a photo sensor to detect the beginning of a stroke, which allows for the correction of geometric defects in previous markings;
- unique algorithm for correcting marking cycle parameters;
- pre-marking mode;
- the ability to adjust cycle parameters on the fly;
- control of the marking process according to preset boundary parameters of speed and specific paint consumption;
- marking simulation mode for monitoring work and training operators;
- tips on the need to perform maintenance on the marking machine equipment;
- control of current specific paint consumption kg/m2;
- step-by-step control of all marking parameters;
- measuring the total paint consumption per stage;
- measuring the length of markings per stage;
- measurement of the total area painted per stage (day);
- automatic saving of statistics of the MDR operation for each stage (day);
- a built-in GPS/GLONASS receiver, allowing for precise recording of the time and geographic location of each marking step in statistics;
- The ability to view brief summary statistics on the remote control display, as well as a report on the painted area and paint consumption for each type of marking.
The remote control’s non-volatile memory stores statistics for each stage of operation:
- geographic GPS coordinates of the vehicle (trajectory of movement);
- date, exact time of start and end of each type of marking;
- marking material;
- type of marking;
- the length of each type of marking;
- total stroke length and area for each marking mode;
- area painted per stage;
- paint consumption per stage;
- width of marking strip;
- average speed (km/h);
- contract number;
- road number;
- road lane number, etc.
This information is automatically transmitted in real time to the server via a built-in GSM modem. Users can view statistical reports from anywhere using a computer or tablet and print tables if needed.
The data is displayed in a convenient format with the option to export to an Excel spreadsheet. The user selects the report table type: step-by-step detailed daily statistics or summarized statistics by marking type. The program also allows users to view the movement and operation of the road marking machine on an electronic map, with marking mode markers.
