CONTROL PANEL FOR MARKING GUNS

CONTROL AND MONITORING SYSTEMS FOR MARKING EQUIPMENT

The M21 control panel is designed for use with compact road marking machines.
It controls each of the two paint guns in manual, automatic, or semi-automatic mode.

In automatic mode, the operator can activate any of six preset marking cycles.

Recording of cycles (programs) with a resolution of 1 cm can be easily performed by an operator in the field.

In the semi-automatic mode, which is designed to repeat old markings, the operator can activate any of six similarly set marking cycles.

On the “Start” command, the remote starts a stroke of the specified length. The stroke length can be quickly adjusted during operation.

In manual mode, the remote control turns on the selected gun by pressing the “Start” button.

Switching operating modes is permitted during operation without stopping.

The remote control has the ability to correct the distance traveled sensor, the length of the marking cycle, and the ratio of the stroke and space.

The control panel measures, displays and stores responses containing the values of the total path travelled by the installation and the distance painted by each of the two guns.

The remote control has a convenient combination of a simple functional keyboard and LED indicators for mode activation.

The remote control has the ability to connect a manual start button or pedal.
