ROAD MARKING MACHINE (BASED ON GAZ 3302 “GAZELLE”)
THIN-LAYER PAINT MARKING
The Shmel 11 A machine is designed for airless application of horizontal road markings using quick-drying paints and reflective glass beads. The Shmel 11 A is the most popular road marking machine in the CIS countries. Its relatively compact size and high maneuverability make it ideal for marking not only highways but also city streets.
The machine’s airless marking method allows for the use of high-viscosity paints, smooth line edges, and the ability to embed marking material into the pores of the road surface. The widespread availability of the basic model, comprehensive service, and readily available consumables ensure a low cost of ownership. Excellent control and the Video Marker system ensure consistent road marking performance.
The design of the marking units minimizes the impact of road irregularities on the line geometry. Installed coarse filters (upstream of the paint pump) and fine filters (upstream of the paint guns) ensure smooth marking application and extend the life of the paint nozzles and paint pump seals. The use of high-quality components ensures reliability and a long service life of the equipment.
BASIC EQUIPMENT OF THE CAR:
- marking unit on the left side of the machine with two pairs of paint and sprinkler guns;
- control panel for applying markings with a mini-remote control and a remote “Start” button;
- paint flow sensor;
- digital speedometer in the driver’s cabin;
- a beam-type beacon on the vehicle cabin, a point-type beacon on the awning frame at the rear of the vehicle, a strobe beacon on the marking unit;
- glass bead motion sensors;
- intercom;
- “Videomarker” system;
- obstacle avoidance direction sign (700 mm) on a rotating bracket;
- hand-held paint gun (50 cm extension, 10 m hose);
- Hand-held air gun for cleaning work equipment with air.
ADDITIONAL EQUIPMENT OF THE MACHINE:
- lighting of the operator’s workplace and marking blocks for work at night;
- marking unit with one pair of marking and spreading guns and an operator’s seat on the right side of the machine;
- an additional third pair of paint and sprinkler guns on the marking unit on the left side of the machine;
- an additional second pair of paint and sprinkler guns on the marking unit on the right side of the machine;
- a pedal that duplicates the “Start” button on the marking control panel;
- photo sensor of the beginning of the line (can be installed on any gun);
- cluster sign of the direction of bypassing an obstacle (1050×1050 mm, cluster 200 mm) – replacement of the sign of the direction of bypassing an obstacle (700 mm);
- paint pumping system into the tank;
- stirrer in a paint container;
- equipment for applying markings in alternative colors from a bucket;
- 100:2 Spray Plastic Application Equipment Set, External Mixing (Single Line);
