The Shmel 11 AN road marking machine is designed for airless application of horizontal road markings using quick-drying paints and reflective glass beads. The Shmel 11 AN incorporates all the proven technologies of the Shmel 11 A road marking machine and confidently maintains its leading position in the market.
The machine’s airless marking system allows for the use of high-viscosity paints, producing smooth lines and ensuring deep penetration of the marking material into the pores of the road surface. The diesel chassis option offers certain advantages for owners with a large fleet, while the powerful engine and independent front suspension make the driver’s job easier.
The Video Marker system helps maintain the desired trajectory when applying road markings. The design of the marking units minimizes the impact of road irregularities on the geometry of the lines. Installed coarse filters (upstream of the paint pump) and fine filters (upstream of the spray guns) ensure smooth marking application and extend the life of the paint nozzles and paint pump seals. The use of high-quality components ensures reliability and a long service life. A wide range of optional components allows for additional customer needs related to the organization of marking crews, the use of various marking materials, etc.
BASIC EQUIPMENT OF THE CAR:
- marking unit on the left side of the machine with two pairs of paint and sprinkler guns;
- control panel for applying markings with a mini-remote control and a remote “Start” button;
- paint flow sensor;
- digital speedometer in the driver’s cabin;
- a beam-type beacon on the vehicle cabin, a point-type beacon on the awning frame at the rear of the vehicle, two front lower strobe lights at the front of the vehicle, a strobe beacon on the marking unit;
- glass bead motion sensors;
- intercom;
- “Videomarker” system;
- obstacle avoidance direction sign (700 mm) on a rotating bracket;
- hand-held paint gun (50 cm extension, 10 m hose);
- Hand-held air gun for cleaning work equipment with air.
ADDITIONAL EQUIPMENT OF THE MACHINE:
- lighting of the operator’s workplace and marking blocks for work at night;
- marking unit with one pair of marking and spreading guns and an operator’s seat on the right side of the machine;
- an additional third pair of paint and sprinkler guns on the marking unit on the left side of the machine;
- an additional second pair of paint and sprinkler guns on the marking unit on the right side of the machine;
- a pedal that duplicates the “Start” button on the marking control panel;
- photo sensor of the beginning of the line (can be installed on any gun);
- cluster sign indicating the direction of bypassing an obstacle (1050×1050 mm, cluster 200 mm) – replacement for the sign indicating the direction of bypassing an obstacle (700 mm);
- paint pumping system into the tank;
- equipment for applying markings in alternative colors from a bucket;
- stirrer in a paint container;
