The Shmel 12 A is a road marking machine with an increased material capacity, making it the ideal solution for marking highways. Its chassis ensures reliability, while its advanced technological equipment ensures maximum productivity.

The airless marking application method implemented on the Shmel 12A allows for the use of high-viscosity paints and smooth line edges. The chassis ensures easy control, and the Video Marker system simplifies aiming the machine at the road marking line, increasing accuracy. The marking units are equipped with hydraulic drives, allowing for quick and effortless conversion from transport to working position. The rigid design eliminates the influence of road irregularities on application accuracy, ensuring the smoothest possible line. Two marking units and two operator stations on the machine platform ensure uninterrupted application, eliminating the need to reconfigure the machine from left to right or vice versa.

The use of a paint pump system allows the machine to be refilled with consumables in record time (less than 50 minutes). Installed coarse filters (upstream of the paint pump) and fine filters (upstream of the spray guns) ensure smooth marking and extend the life of the paint nozzles and paint pump seals. The use of professional components guarantees reliability and a long service life.

BASIC EQUIPMENT OF THE CAR:

  • a marking unit with a hydraulic lift on the left side of the machine with two pairs of paint and sprinkler guns;
  • a marking unit with hydraulic lifting on the right side of the machine with one pair of paint and sprinkler guns;
  • control panel for applying markings with a mini-control panel for the second marking unit and a remote “Start” button;
  • paint flow sensor;
  • digital speedometer in the driver’s cabin;
  • a beam-type beacon on the vehicle cabin, two front lower strobe lights in the front of the vehicle, two point-type beacons on the awning frame, strobe lights on the marking blocks;
  • glass bead motion sensors;
  • intercom;
  • Video Marker system, which can be moved from one side to the other;
  • obstacle avoidance direction sign (700 mm) on a rotating bracket;
  • hand-held paint gun (50 cm extension, 10 m hose);
  • headlights for illuminating marking blocks at night;
  • paint pumping system into the tank;
  • Hand-held air gun for cleaning work equipment with air.

ADDITIONAL EQUIPMENT OF THE MACHINE:

  • operator workstation lighting;
  • equipment for applying markings in alternative colors;
  • additional paint color, independent contour – allows you to apply markings with an alternative paint color without preliminary work associated with converting the main equipment to work with paint of a different color (emptying, washing the main tank, etc.);
  • an additional third pair of paint and sprinkler guns on the marking unit on the left side of the machine;
  • an additional second pair of paint and sprinkler guns on the marking unit on the right side of the machine;
  • a pedal that duplicates the “Start” button on the marking control panel;
  • photo sensor of the beginning of the line (can be installed on any gun);
  • marking unit located at the rear of the vehicle;
  • a stationary platform for traffic cones located at the rear of the vehicle (cannot be installed together with the marking unit located at the rear of the vehicle);
  • cluster sign of the direction of bypassing an obstacle (1050×1050 mm, cluster 200 mm) – replacement of the sign of the direction of bypassing an obstacle (700 mm);
  • LIS system installed on the right marking block;
  • 100:2 Spray Plastic Equipment Set, External Mixing (Single Line);
  • 100:2 Spray Plastic Equipment Kit, External Mixing (Two Lines);
  • manual sprinkling gun (6 m hose).
