MARKING WITH COLD PLASTIC
The machine is designed for applying horizontal structural markings with cold plastic prepared on the basis of liquid polymer resins that do not contain organic solvents.
The plastic used for marking is prepared immediately before pouring into the tray. Marking lines are applied by spraying plastic onto a needle brush through the plastic tray’s gate. While markings are being applied, the line is sprinkled with reflective glass beads. The system is equipped with quick-change marking units (trays), allowing for marking widths of 100, 120, 150, 200, 240, 300, 400, and 500 mm (the size of the tray supplied as standard and any additional trays is specified when ordering).
The glass bead spreading width can be adjusted to suit specific marking blocks. The machine is moved by the operator’s own power during operation.
