STIM 2000

ROAD MARKING MACHINE

THIN-LAYER PAINT MARKING

“STIM 2000” is designed for the arrangement of roadside strips during road construction and repair for the simultaneous filling and planning of the side of the road (shoulder) with any materials: soil, sand, gravel and asphalt.

The unit can also be used for backfilling layers during cable network installation. Using the STIM 2000 for shoulder construction significantly reduces labor intensity. Productivity reaches up to 300 tons per hour, with paving speeds ranging from 15 to 50 meters per minute, depending on the width and thickness of the layer. The unit is driven by a front-end loader with a minimum power of 80 kW via a coupling device, the supply of which is agreed upon prior to shipment. A fuel-efficient Perkins diesel engine and two hydraulic pumps power the equipment itself. A blade is used for shoulder grading and profiling, evenly distributing materials across the entire shoulder width at a specified height and angle. The STIM 2000’s working hopper is loaded directly from the truck bed. A conveyor delivers material to the roadside work area at a variable speed, and the blade distributes the material across the shoulder at a specified height and angle.

DESIGN FEATURES:

  • The unit is equipped with heavy-duty twin supports, the wheels of which have a wear-resistant polyurethane coating;
  • the operator platform is equipped with a seat for more comfortable and safe work of the operator;
  • The blade is equipped with a blade tilt sensor* that displays the tilt value as a percentage on the operator’s screen;
  • The conveyor of the installation uses a heat-resistant belt, which allows the use of hot asphalt as a working material when performing work related to road widening;
  • The unit is equipped with a brush that sweeps away material that has spilled during operation from the roadway;
  • The components used in the machine are from well-known companies (Perkins, Danfoss, Blickle, etc.), which have proven themselves to be reliable and flawless in operation over many years.
