AUXILIARY EQUIPMENT
The machine is designed to produce a stream of hot air used in road construction and marking work.
For road marking work, the machine is used to melt pre-formed hot plastic parts onto road surfaces. Its mobility and light weight significantly reduce setup time and make the operator’s work as convenient and easy as possible, resulting in significant time savings during the work.
DESIGN FEATURES:
- the automatic system ensures that the gas supply is shut off in the event of an emergency (engine stop, etc.);
- a specially designed thermal jacket for heating the gas cylinder allows the system to operate continuously until the cylinder is completely empty;
- adjustable wheelbase allows for work on areas of varying widths;
- presence of a parking brake;
- the ability to lock the swivel wheels to facilitate the straight-line movement of the unit;
- Heating the gas cylinder allows work to be carried out at sub-zero ambient temperatures;
- the design uses spark-proof elements;
- ignition and maintenance of the flame is carried out by a system equipped with specialized candles that provide a stable and powerful arc;
- The control of the engine’s working parts is located in the operator’s work area.
The ability to use various types of diffusers (slotted, umbrella-shaped, round) allows you to heat areas of various configurations.
